About Us

Established in 2006-2007 by Shri G.R.C.S Amravati, our institution has grown from a humble beginning with 6-7 students to a thriving English medium school with 200 students. Our academic programs span seven years, comprising three years of pre-primary education (Nursery, Junior KG, and Senior KG) and four years of primary education (standards 1 to 4).

*Co-Curricular and Cultural Activities*
Our school places significant emphasis on holistic development, organizing various co-curricular and cultural activities throughout the year. These include:

- Annual Sports Day (Social Gathering).
- Cultural events, such as Bhangada Dance and Farmer Folk Dance, which have garnered recognition at national and state levels.
- Competitions in drawing, gymnastics, and roller skating, where our students have excelled and won prizes.

Our students have consistently demonstrated their talents and skills in various competitions and events. Some notable achievements include:
- Aditya Pande (std 4) winning a gymnastics competition (H.V.P.M) in 2012-2013.
- Prathamesh Dabhane winning a state-level roller skating competition in 2012-2013.
- Ku Astha Jondhalekar (4th standard) winning a district-level yoga tournament and being selected for a national-level yoga competition in Delhi.
- Harsh Pravin Kakade (4th std) winning a state-level Maths Olympiad in 2015-2016.

Our school follows the Maharashtra State Board syllabus and curriculum, ensuring academic excellence and adherence to government regulations. We also engage with the local community through various initiatives, such as:
- Celebrating national festivals like Independence Day and Republic Day.
- Observing Indian festivals like Krushna Jamashtami, Rakhi, Pola, Diwali, and Navatri.
- Participating in external competitions, such as drawing and essay competitions organized by Navneet Lokmat and L.I.C Department.

Our school is regularly visited by authorities from the Education Department (Primary) for inspection and evaluation.
Honorable executives also visit the school to guide us on development and improvement initiatives.

Though fee is less but our aim is to proide quality Education in English medium with the help of qaulified and well-experienced staff. Also proide the facility of co-curricular actiities like Computer, sports , cultural programmes and celebration of Indian festivals etc.

As Joseph Addison so eloquently phrased it, "I consider the human soul without education like a marble in the quarry, which shows none of its inherent beauties till the skill of the polisher fetches out the colors, makes the surface shine, and discovers every ornamental cloud, spot, and vein that runs through the body of it. What sculpture is to a block of marble, education is to the human soul." These words resonate deeply within the hallowed halls of Shri Ganeshdas Rathi English Pre-Primary and Primary School, Vidya Nagar, Morshi Road, Amravati, where the pursuit of knowledge and character formation converge in a symphony of growth and discovery.

The challenges of the academic year 2020-2021 were unprecedented, but our resolve remained unshaken. We navigated the uncharted waters of the pandemic with resilience and adaptability, leveraging technology to ensure that the pursuit of knowledge remained uninterrupted. National festivals, religious celebrations, and co-curricular activities were observed with the same fervor and zeal, even in the virtual realm, underscoring our commitment to the all-round development of our students.

Courses of School

Our Shri Ganeshdas Rathi English Pre-Primary and Primary school was started in 2006-2007 with only 6-7 students by Shri G.R.C.S Amravati. The facility of Pre-Primary classes means Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG (3 years duration) is available. And Primary classes 1st to 4t standard (4 years duration English Medium Education is provided. Now there are - 200 students are taking E.M. Education.

2012-2013 - Aditya Pande std 4 was gymnast (H.V.P.M) and Prathamesh Dabhane was state level Roler Skater.

2013-2014 - School's Bhangada Dance was presented in Santskrutik Bhavan arranged by Harshwardhan Kala Academy and got 1st prize National level dance Competition and Complementary Awrd also got to school in Drawing Competition. This Dance was also presented on the ground of Science-Core arranged by Khodake Memorial Trust. Marathi Film actress Kranti Redkar presented this award to our students.

2014-2015 - Students of std 1st to 4th, collected Rs 10274/- to help the CANCER AID SOCIETY, DELHI and showed their responsibility towards the cancer affected people of the society.

Farmer Folk Dance - Presented in Sanshrutik Bhavan organized by Harshwardhan Kala, Academy and got the FIRST PRIZE of Rs 2500/- cash.Marathi Film actress Deepali Sayed presented this award to our blooming Birds.

Ku. Astha Jondhalekar 4th standard got prize in school YOGA Tournament of District Level at Buldhana. She was selected in open tournament of YOGA for DELHI Competition.

Apurva Tathe - 2nd std got prize in Gymnastics.

2015-2016 - Harsh Pravin Kakade - 4th std got 1st prize in Maths Olympiad on state level held by Nashik.

5 Students got prizes and Ku. Priyal Dukare's picture for Drawing Competition by Harshwardhan Kala Academy.

2016-2017 - This year Drawing, Colouring, Handwriting Competion is held by Rainbow Art Centre, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. School got Active School Certificate, Ku Vrushali Khadatkar got Kala Shri Award and many students got Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals.

Ku. Antara Kokate. 4th std, First and Second, both prizes in ABACUS-MATHS competition state level, Pune.

Ku. Payal Gawai got prize in National level Dance Competition held in Shimla HP.

All such programmes are organized by our teacher. They guide & encourage the students for any activity in school - Like speeches on Birth and Death Anniverseries of Great Leaders of India e.g- M.K, Gandhi, Pt. Nehru etc. National Festivals - Independence and Republic Day and Indian Festivals - Krushna Jamashtami, Rakhi, Pola, Diwali, Navatri, are celebrated. Navneet Lokmat Sanskarache-Moti, out-side Institutions Drawing, Essay, Competition of L.I.C Department is also organized every year & Students got prizes.

Annual Sports Day (Special Gathering) is also celebrated every year. Different Subject wise projects are prepared by students. Decoration, Modak-Making competition for mother-parents is also organized Mehandi, Rangoli, Flower plant decoration is organized.

 Offices of Education Department (Primary) visit the school for Inspection time to time and take all information of school for the department. Because school follows M. S. goverment rules & State Board Syllabus curriculum.

 Honourable Executives also visit time to time and guide us for the development of English Medium School. Newly Elected Hon. Shri Vasantkumarji Malpani, President GRCS, Amravati, Hon. Smt Saroji Malpani President, School Commitee, Shri G.R.E. primary school and smt Jaishriji Kalantri, Smt Vrmilaji Rathi, Shri Prakashji Heda, Shri Omprakashji Nawandar, Shri Pradip Kumarji Sikachi, Shri Jugalkishorji Gattani & all the honourable members also visit and guide us for the progress of school.
